Left for dead

I consider video games to be digital art at its finest. So I would like to describe my experience play this profound work of art. The story line to this game is so so, as for the game play itself it amazing and revolutionary. The use of sound in this game help determine how the player should react. You here special zombies when they are near, to clarify a there are 3 types of special zombie such as the Boomers who vomit on you and this fluid attracts other zombie. Then they are the hunter how tackle to and beat and claw you to death. Smokers are another kind that have a tongue that wraps around your body and will squeeze you to death. The Tank is a zombie on steroids who after about 20 shotgun blast to the head might die. Lastly is the witch she is a lone female that this world of turmoil that just does not want to be disturbed. If you bother her she will kill you with one hit. But she dies a lot easier then the Tank. Keep your distance with these two.
As for the game play it very smooth, what make this game different to survive on line matches you need to have excellent communication with other players to succeed, that aspect mix with complete chaos make this game a piece of art.
I read an article about the programming of the game and they wanted to produce a game that was revolutionary with the game play, they wanted to dreat an epic game that could start a whole new life stlye for gamers, after reading this I played the game again I can see clearly, there objective to the game, its a fun and exciting game and I would recommend it to all zombie genocide lovers. Here is an illustration I made in relation to the ideal of a zombie genocide.

Word to decribe, what it means to be an artist.

Passion, Imagination, Skill, conceptuality, realism.

spirituality vs. religion

1.I define spirituality as a individual journey, this journey can be taken at any age. I believe that this quest is a designed to fulfill something these individual feel that they are missing. This journey is about self awareness and discovery. This is could be similar to a personal purist for happiness or even to finds ones own individuality. Question why are we in search of spirituality, what is the main principle behind this journey?

2.I believe that the main difference between religion and spirituality is religion has a specific outline that is required heaven of where ever is this final destination. Christian follow the 10 commandments in order to get to heaven. Other religion have sort of the same principles in order to reach to reach heaven or what have you. As for spirituality this is a personal awareness and does not follow a specific outline.

3.Creativity is the power the minds eye, bringing what dwells in the imagination to reality. Being able to transform what is in the abyss of the consciousness. I feel that this is a term that is not only partaking to art but in science and every other aspect of humanism that has allowed us to progress. The power of creativity is the most power weapon that we hold.

4.The source of the creativity is imagination, without imagination we could not create and would be stagnant. Over time this is a power tool in all subject of academia, you must imagine the impossible to reach what is possible. If you look at old s movies science fiction movie what was presumed make believe is now possible. So to answer this question I believe creativity comes from the imagination.

Why I dress the way I do

Come to think of it there are no personal belief that I associate with when it comes to dressing my self. I trying to wear clothes that does not make me stick out to much in public. This has changed from when I was younger. I used to try and wear what I thought was to be in fashion at the time. Now I try to just be casual. I hate being stereo typed so by my appearance to I tend to wears colors that are not gang affiliated, I know that my sound premature but a friend of my was almost killed because of other ignorance.
As for my family I was brought up in the church and the ideal of cleanliness is next to holiness. So I at a younger age my parents would like me to be clean and dressed fitting to this matter. Especially
when I went to church. As for my friends now they all tend to dress in a way to fit there lifestyle for example my friend Jeff love the x sports so most of his clothes a name brands that just support x games. Then some of my other friends are like myself by just dressing causal and not being a walking advertisement.

Food As Art

In the article I read on -line the writer Susan Smillie asked the question in relation to food being art. This question was asked to Jonathan Jones who writes on art for the Guardian and is on the jury for the 2009 Turner prize. He stated “that food can never be art, because chefs are cooking to please the customer, and says: "Until people go to a restaurant to think about death, cooking won't be art." ( page.1.”Is food art?”). I'm sorry I completely disagree with this statement. As I go over his quote I can't seem to reason with it in any way or form. I believe that food can be categorizes into two forms of art. The first is presentation which is key and just this alone is feel is considered art. Then you also have taste which is another form of art.
Maybe Jonathan Jones was referring to the fast food industries, if so I would completely agree with him. But to say food is not art what so ever is wrong.

Food as Art

The website I visited was http://purpleslinky.com/humor/food/japanese-food-art-not-just-a-tasty-meal/. The title of the article I read was “Japanese Food Art: Not Just a Tasty Meal”. The reason I chose this article was in my reading the ideal of food of other culture being considered art. I'm a fan of sushi, and have always considered it an art. I agree with the ideal how art has influenced cultures. I have taking several Japanese art history class, and I have found it to be one of the most overall artist cultures. This can be simply view in the architecture, clothing and especially there food.

I really enjoyed the images of food displayed at this site. This in my opinion would be considered slow food at its finest. If Food art is not considered a fine art, it needs to be. As for the presentation and taste this would be the optimum level of food as art,
